Fairmount Plaza

A nice neighborhood green space with lots of trees, it's near Glen Canyon Park, Billy Goat Park, and Walter Haas Playground--be sure to stop by while you are in the vicinity!

Fairmount Plaza is owned by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.

Muni access:

35-Eureka (outbound/Glen Park) -- exit at Addison and Bemis; walk a short distance north on Bemis to Miguel St. and the park.

36-Teresita -- Chenery St. and Miguel St. Walk N/NW two short blocks on Miguel to Bemis and the park.


If you're coming from the downtown area, take the Muni Metro K/L/M/T or the F-Line to the Castro station (Castro and Market) and transfer to the outbound/Glen Park 35-Eureka bus.

The 36-Teresita can be accessed at Forest Hill station or the Glen Park station, also at Monterey and Foerster in the Sunnyside District.

The Muni Metro K/L/M/T lines go to Forest Hill, along with the 43-Masonic and 44-O'Shaughnessy.

The J-Church stops at Glen Park station. Walk to Diamond and Bosworth to catch a 36-Teresita.
