It is located next to Bayview Park and not far from Candlestick Park.
Le Conte Mini Park is owned by the San Francisco Recreation and Park Department.

K-Ingleside/T-Third Street -- 3rd St. and LeConte stop; walk east two blocks to the park. The last stretch is uphill.
